Albert Albertson lives with a very nice dad and a cat Puzzle. As every young child he is extremely resourceful, especially if he wants something. Children recognize in Albert their own behaviours and emotions – the joy of play, curiosity of the world, ulimited imagination, but also anger, envy, and fear.
In Sweden and abroad, more than nine million copies of the Albert Albertson books have been sold so far. The author and illustrator of the series, Gunilla Bergström, has received numerous awards for her work, including Illis Quorum medal from the Swedish Government.
